Fear can Be Overcome
As a child, I feared the dark corners. The unknowns. Growing up with generalized anxiety disorder, my prayer was that God would make me courageous. To me, that meant being free from fear.
But fear wasn’t going away, and neither were the panic attacks. It was through faith and the strength of the ones supporting me that I discovered the courage inside me. Not a courage free from fear, but a courage that moved forward, step by step, despite the fear.
Through this process, I have struggled with depression, seasonal affective disorder, food anxiety, and letting myself love. But I have grown, and I continue to grow.
These are my stories about overcoming fear with invincible joy.
I hope my stories encourage you on your own journey!
