Growing up outside of Nashville, TN on a hobby farm, I had two dreams–to farm, and to write. My parents bought me a clunky Microsoft desktop computer, and I’d sit in the corner of my room at my desk writing my first fantasy book. That dream continued and took me to a small Christian university where I majored in English and Creative Writing, and then to a masters program in Creative Writing, where I taught English Composition and wrote a fantasy novel as my thesis.
I am married to a wonderful guy as of June, 2018. On weekends, we love to kayak, read, camp, and play Dungeons and Dragons with our friends.
To sum up, I’m a writer, a bit of a geek, and, above all, a follower of Christ. I am in love with the Word of God and seek to apply it to my every day life.
